Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
* For hygiene reasons, opened adult diapers, underwear, onesies, pacifiers, bibs, and other personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
